WHAT IS LIQUIDITY?Liquidity refers to clusters of stop-loss orders sitting above swing highs or below swing lows. Institutions need liquidity to fill their large orders — so they engineer moves to sweep these levels before reversing. Also called liquidity pools, liq, pool.
