The rules for using Cypher Assets: our Discord community, website and paid programmes. Last updated 29 September 2026.
01 · Who we are
Cypher Assets is a trading education community run by its founders. We offer a free Discord community with a bootcamp, tools and practice features, and optional paid programmes (such as the Deep-Dive and Inner Circle). Contact: open a ticket in our Discord.
02 · Education only
Everything we publish is education. Nothing is financial, investment or tax advice, and nothing is a personal recommendation to buy or sell. Trade ideas we share are examples of our own analysis. You decide, and you carry the risk of every trade you take.
03 · Your account
You need a Discord account and must be at least 18 years old to join. Keep your account safe: staff will never ask for your password, login codes or money in a DM.
04 · Community rules
Be respectful. No spam, scams, advertising, sharing of paid content outside the server, or profit promises. We may warn, mute or remove anyone who breaks the rules or harms other members.
05 · Paid programmes
Prices and what is included are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time; access runs until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy for refunds.
06 · Our content
Lessons, videos, images, tools and texts belong to Cypher Assets. You may use them for your own learning. Copying, reselling or re-publishing them is not allowed. Our name, logo and the names of our founders may not be used by anyone else.
07 · Affiliate links
Some links (for example to prop firms or brokers) are affiliate links. If you sign up through them we may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you. This never changes what we teach.
08 · Liability
We do our best to keep the community, bot and website correct and online, but we give no guarantee. We are not liable for trading losses or for losses caused by outages, mistakes in content or third-party services, except where the law does not allow this limitation.
09 · Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Cypher Assets means you accept the update.
